If you are an artist..

..and would like to sell and promote your prints on ukart-online you will need to go through the following procedures:


How to place an order

Send us the original artwork, transparancy or digital file (we suggest special delivery from the post office).

Enclose as much information as possible including a sketch or layout of your print with the position of any text and your border.

On receipt we will process the order and send you a proof within 10 working days.

On approval sign and return the proof to us and then we are in a position to supply you with your finished prints in a further 10 days (there are no restrictions on how many you need to order.

Customer Agreement

On receipt of your order we will send you a simple application form, which will form the basis of our online agreement. It covers pricing, edition size, commission rates etc.

We will post your image up for sale on the UKArt-Online web site when the form is returned.



Selling your Limited Edition Prints

Any order purchased through UKArt-Online will come straight through to us here at Blue Lobster Art.

Once we have authorised payment we will print the selected image.

We will then post it to you along with the certificate of authenticity and your commission cheque.

You will then sign and number the print and certificate, place them both back in the parcel and forward it on to the customer to complete the order.

We will look after the online payment, production and administration giving you hassle free online order facility.



Your rights preserved

We realise that we do not have any rights to your work or its future publication. UKArt-Online will not publish any work without your permission and if you want to withdraw from the site at any time we will defer to your decision.

As members of the Fine Art Trade Guild we will only print the exact number of prints stated on the authenticity certificate. Because you have to sign and number each print you will always be able to monitor and control your sales.
